JETTFORCE’s core is in its Training Center. As an agency, we train our own security personnel. We can ensure that there will be no shortage of guard force, JETTFORCE strictly monitors variance and ensures there are relievers for day offs, absences, leaves and meal breaks. JETTFORCE trains an average of 50-100 new guards in a month. We do not just train guards but we develop future leaders. All of our Security Officers started as guards and are honed in the private security industry. Trained to handle, train, and discipline security personnel, follow an organized security system and are capable of handling sensitive security concerns or issues. All applicants of JETTFORCE even ones with security license must be trained in our institution to teach them the culture and standards of JETTFORCE
